Fishing Lakes in Norfolk

Anglers of all ages and levels are welcomed at Cobbleacre Park. We take pride in being able to present you with the opportunity to test and challenge your fishing skills without being tied into a membership. You can opt for either a day or overnight ticket or book a fishing break. We have on site accommodation and camping facilities available, as well as a small shop to buy your bait and tackle when you arrive.

An online or over the phone booking must be made for all the lakes.

Tickets will not be issued but you may be asked for your booking reference and name.

Runs Water

Adam’s Lake

Adam’s lake is our most popular fishing lake and is particularly busy on a Saturday with day fishers. Being our runs water lake, it’s ideal for the carp angler. Roughly covering 3 acres of Cobbleacre Park and ranging between 3ft – 7ft in depth. You’ll find Carp, Ide, Tench, Roach and Perch living in this lake.

Fun Lake

Alex’s Lake

Alex’s lake is our beginner’s lake and is a lot of fun. An unusually shaped lake due to only being a fraction of the size compared to the others (3/4 of an acre). This lake reaches depths from 2ft right up to 6ft. The fish living in this lake include Carp, Tench, Roach, Ide and Perch.

Match Lake

Amy’s Lake

Amy’s lake is our only match lake where fishers can use and practice their match fishing technique. A 2 ½ acre lake shaped like an oval with a range of depths from 3ft – 15ft and features 34 pegs. Home to some of our smaller fish in the park; Carp, Tench, Ide, Silvers, Roach, Rudd and Perch. This lake can be fished on a day ticket providing there are no matches being held.

Pleasure Lake

Gianna’s Lake

A traditional pleasure lake, Gianna’s lake is the expanse of 1 ½ acres with depths of 2ft – 9ft. Ideal for the pleasure angler, offering great days of fishing where you can look forward to catching the likes of Carp, Tench, Perch, Ide, Roach and Skimmers.

Specimen Lake

Mario’s Lake

Mario’s lake is the jewel in the crown at Cobbleacre Park. Named as our specimen lake due to the size and types of fish available to catch. This is the original lake of Cobbleacre. This beautifully mature lake stretches to 3.5 acres in size, with depths from 5ft reaching to 13ft. Here you can expect to fish Carp, Catfish, and Tench. Any angler will fully enjoy this lake.

We only allow 10 anglers to fish Mario’s lake at any one time.
