Park Rules

  • There is a quiet policy between 11:30pm & 7:30am
  • Unacceptable behaviour or abuse toward the staff or any other guests may result in the person being asked to leave the park without refund of the rest of the value of their stay.
  • The park speed limit of 5 mph must be obeyed at all times.
  • An adult must accompany children under 16 at all times.
  • No fires are allowed, gas stoves are permitted as are BBQs but they must be elevated off of the ground.
  • Please keep our site tidy, any litter to be taken away with you or placed in the bins provided.
  • Please keep dogs on a lead and under control, clear any mess up after them. Certain breeds of dog are not permitted on Cobbleacre Park in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests. These are: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero or a cross breed of any of the breeds shown. If you are in doubt about whether your dog will be permitted, please contact the Park. The Company reserves the right to require anyone who brings a dog onto the Parks (whether or not of the breeds referred to above) which is considered a nuisance, or is affecting the comfort of other guests, to remove it from the Park.

Lake Rules

Mario’s lake

  1. Large unhooking mats or cradles must be used.
  2. 42″ landing nets.
  3. No nuts.
  4. No braided mainlines.
  5. No live or dead baiting.
  6. Barbed hooks must be used.
  7. Leaders systems must be able to drop the lead and must be fish safe.
  8. One person per swim.
  9. All fish must be returned to the lake.
  10. BBq’s must be elevated off the ground.
  11. Must have a valid fishing licence.
  12. Rods must not be left unattended.
  13. Fish can be retained for one hour only.
  14. Minimum of 12lb mainline.
  15. No stalking outside of the swim.
  16. No illegal substances.
  17. Only Bivvies can be pitched around the lake, strictly no tents.
  18. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Adams Amys Alexs and Giannas lake

  1. Must have an unhooking mat.
  2. No nuts.
  3. No braided mainline.
  4. Barbed or barbless hooks.
  5. No leadcore or leaders.
  6. Lead systems must be fish safe.
  7. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  8. All fish must be returned to the lake they were caught from.
  9. BBQ’s must be elevated off the ground.
  10. Must have a valid fishing licence.
  11. Rods must not be left unattended.
  12. Maximum of 15lb mainline.
  13. No stalking outside of the swim.
  14. No illegal substances.
  15. Boilies are NOT allowed as loose feed on Amys but can be used as a hookbait.
  16. Only bivvies can be pitched around the lake, strictly no tents.

Please remember that common sense prevails on all other issues concerning fishing our lakes. Treat other anglers as you would expect to be treated. Breaking any of these rules could result in a lifetime ban.
