We have three static caravans available to hire as holiday homes, named after the wildlife you can expect to encounter at Cobbleacre Park: Heron, Swan and Kestrel. All are stationed within a 300-metre radius of the five fishing lakes and are surrounded by the calm and quiet of the park.
Our static caravans are fully equipped and furnished to make you feel cosy and comfortable during your stay.
Due to the beautiful rural location of our park, we are unable to offer WiFi to our guests. Mobile signal is also a bit spotty, with O2 working better than the other networks. We hope that you will be able to connect with nature instead!

Thanks to our enviable location, we have various local amenities to enhance your stay with us. The nearest food and produce shop is only 10 minutes from Cobbleacre, situated on the Holt Road in Horsford village. Horsford also has a Co-op and Post Office. When you take the Cromer Road, the small town of Aylsham is 15 minutes down the road which has a greengrocer’s, butcher, and bakery.

Your holiday home will be available from 2:30pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10am on your day of departure.
On arrival we ask that you come to reception where we will check you in.
For arrivals after 4:30pm we will leave the accommodation unlocked with the key inside. An out of hours contact number is provided in the welcome pack should you have any questions on arrival. A map is provided on your email confirmation to help direct you to your accommodation.
Unfortunatly we do not accept dogs in our caravans.
No, smoking is not permitted in our holiday homes, this includes the use of vapes.
The holiday homes come with their own kitchens and bathrooms; with this we provide all the kitchen supplies you will need to prepare meals. Bedding and towels are provided as well as a cleaning pack.
